Your limited perspective only takes you so far.

Build the courage to go beyond

I used to believe that creativity was all about great ideas. But after years in the working world, I realized it was never just about the ideas—it was about the environment they grew in.

Somewhere between Zoom meetings, product roadmaps, and quarterly goals, I’d lost touch with the kind of thinking that went beyond the realms of predictable. I was moving fast and hitting targets, but wondering why everything felt a bit too..uninspired.

At some point I started asking myself: what if the way I was trained to think was exactly what was keeping me stuck?

Surprisingly, the answer didn’t come from a business book or leadership seminar. It came from studying the minds of artists who saw the world differently, and showed me that creativity doesn’t just need freedom; it needs new lenses. And as I sharpened my sense of observation, I began to find the inspiration I sought across art, music, and nature…

If you’re done pushing from pressure and ready to operate from purpose — this is where everything shifts.

This cracked open a perspective shift. After years in tech—building products, crafting marketing strategies, and tackling large projects—it felt like I’d uncovered a deeper purpose.

First, to embrace my curiosity and tap into the fountain of inspiration all around me, nurturing my desire to pursue the larger questions that matter. And second, to share that curiosity and those insights in service of others. To inspire mindset shifts that help professionals, teams, creators, and leaders break free from creative suffocation—by thinking like artists—and tackle the tough, unresolved problems plaguing our world today!

That’s why, after 13 years in the corporate world, I’m exploring the unique crossroads of creativity, business, and AI—speaking, writing, and working with partners to unlock fresh perspectives and ignite imaginative breakthroughs.

Because the truth is, you can’t disrupt the world using the same thinking that built it. It is time to lean into the coming transformation!
